HOW TO SAVE COST FOR CIVIL & M&E
WORKS
Saving cost is always one of the most
important things to any investors. Basing on our
experiences in designing and constructing over 100
industrial buildings, we can propose effective
solutions for the client to save cost for land
leasing and constructing, but meeting use purposes,
conforming to relevant Laws and internal regulations
of the I.Z.
The solution shall consist of not
only the optimum design for civil and M&E works, but
also bidding consultancy service, construction and
erection, project management and procurement,
maintenance and operation, legal procedures and
others.
PREPARE CONCEPT DESIGN
We provide our clients with free
concept design, which is prepared in compliance with
the practical data of the selected location and
particular internal regulations of the I.Z. in order

prior to making decision on land leasing.

arising during project implementation. Having
the Concept design, the Client can proceed
effectively with land leasing negotiation and
others relating to using infrastructures.

SUPPORTING THE CLIENT TO NEGOTIATE AND SUBLEASING
CONTRACT
We can help our Client to have a
thorough understanding of provisions of a Land
–Subleasing Contract, in accordance with
characteristics, advantageous and disadvantageous
factors of each I.Z. to obtain more favorable
conditions to economize on investment expenses,
avoiding risks arising during project
implementation.
